For nearly a decade, Danielle has worked across hospitality, venue operations, event planning, and guest experience, developing a unique perspective on what truly makes an event memorable.
Her career began behind the scenes, managing the countless details that guests never see but always feel. From venue operations and large-scale event coordination to intimate gatherings and luxury weddings, she has built her reputation on creating experiences that are as effortless as they are exceptional.
Today, through The Monroe Collective, Danielle brings together the disciplines of planning, hospitality, and design to help clients create events that feel beautifully curated, deeply personal, and flawlessly executed.
